Our mission at Platinum Car Sales is to make car buying hassle free for everyone. If you find your experience has turned out differently, then we would like to put that right.

Once we receive your complaint, we will take the appropriate steps to address it.
We will thoroughly investigate your complaint and aim to provide you with an outcome as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 working days for a formal written response. If appropriate, we will inform you of any actions we intend to take to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer an apology.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be eligible to seek further resolution by contacting the Financial Ombudsman. Please ensure you do so within six months of receiving our final response.
